“It’s nice to get more than just bills in the mail.”

Why bother fussing over the style of your wedding invitations? Why haven’t e-cards killed snail mail? Why doesn’t an invitation company just “go digital” and ditch the hand-made approach?

Amanda Keenan takes her clients back to the roots of design. She is the owner of Silverplate Press, a letterpress and design company that specializes in invitations. She’s an enthusiast of all things made by hand and believes that wedding invitations shouldn’t be one dimensional. Using inks that she mixes herself, every invitation that Amanda makes bears the unique impression of her antique letterpress.
