to Cape Spear

I’ve always dreamed of visiting to Newfoundland. It became a reality for me in August 2013. The best part of all, I was able to visit 2 Tragically Hip locations as part of my Hip Journey. The first location that I’ll be talking about is Cape Spear, the subject of this Hip Journey blog entry.
There are three things worthy of knowing about Cape Spear. First, it’s the most easterly point in North America. Second, it features a few historic structures which include a lighthouse from the 1800s and a World War 2 gun battery. Lastly, Cape Spear is very beautiful. Hopefully I’ve been able to convey that in the photos.
